Terms of Service

asworks.studio (“ASWorks”, “we”) is operated by Abneesh Singh (sole proprietor, trading as ASWorks), a unregistered sole proprietorship based in India. ASWorks is a trading name, not a separate company. By creating an account or completing a purchase you accept these terms.

If you do not agree with them, do not use the platform. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page is the version in force, and material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.

ASWorks is a marketplace. Products are created, priced, licensed and supported by independent third-party sellers. We provide listing, payment, delivery and support tooling; we are not the author or publisher of the products sold here.

We are also not a hosting provider, an escrow service, or a certifying body. Where we describe a check we perform, we describe exactly what was checked — see clause 5.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for everything done through your account.
• Keep your password confidential. Tell us promptly at hello@asworks.studio if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• One person or organisation per account. Do not share credentials to give several people access to a single licence.
• We may suspend an account that is being used to breach these terms, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to attempt unauthorised access to the platform.

You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@asworks.studio. Closing it does not withdraw licences you have already bought, and does not entitle you to a refund outside clause 7.

All prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). The total shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged — there are no additional taxes or fees added afterwards.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card number. The price is always recalculated on our servers from the seller’s listed price at the moment you pay, so the amount you authorise is the amount taken.

A purchase is complete when we receive confirmation from the payment provider — not when your browser returns from the payment page. If your connection drops after paying, your order is still recorded and your download will be in your library.

Every uploaded archive is inspected before it can be sold. We want to be precise about what that means, because a vague assurance is worse than none:

• Archive integrity: the file is checked for unsafe entry paths, symlinks and decompression-bomb ratios, and rejected if it fails.
• A SHA-256 digest is recorded for every release and shown to you, so you can verify the file you downloaded is byte-for-byte the file that was scanned.
• Declared dependencies are read from the project manifests and listed.
• The archive is swept for credential shapes that should never ship — API keys, private key blocks, connection strings with inline passwords.

Where a listing carries a badge or a figure, it refers to one of the checks above and nothing more. Reviews marked as verified purchases are from accounts that bought the product through the platform.

Delivery is immediate. On payment, your order appears in your library with a download for every release the seller has published, and a licence key where the product uses one.

• Download links are generated on demand and expire after 15 minutes. This protects your purchase from a shared or leaked link; generate a fresh one from your library any time.
• Your access does not expire. You can re-download a product you have bought, including later releases the seller publishes, for as long as your account exists.
• A licence key is issued per order. Treat it as confidential — it identifies your purchase.

If a seller removes a product from sale, releases you have already bought remain in your library. If we remove a product because it infringed someone’s rights or breached the Seller Agreement, we may have to withdraw access; in that case you will be refunded regardless of the window in clause 7.

You can request a refund within 7 days of payment. This is longer than the law requires for digital goods and is deliberate: software you cannot deploy is worth nothing to you.

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish a product you bought here, unless its licence expressly allows it.
• Share a licence key or a download link to give access to people who have not paid for it.
• Circumvent payment, entitlement or licensing controls, or attempt to reach files you have not bought.
• Probe, scan or load-test the platform without our written permission, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
• Upload or transmit malware, or use a purchased product to break the law or infringe someone else’s rights.
• Scrape the catalogue for the purpose of rebuilding it elsewhere.

We may suspend access, cancel orders or close accounts for a serious or repeated breach. Where a breach is capable of being fixed and no one is being harmed in the meantime, we will normally ask you to fix it first.

Sellers keep ownership of their products. Buyers get the licence the seller grants — nothing more, and it is granted by the seller rather than by us.

The ASWorks name, logo, site design and platform code remain ours. Nothing in these terms gives you a right to use our branding.

If you believe a listing infringes your copyright or trade mark, write to hello@asworks.studio with enough detail to identify the work and the listing, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We will review it promptly and can remove a listing while we do.

The platform and its listings are provided as they are. We do not warrant that a product is error-free, secure, or fit for your particular purpose — that is between you and its seller, which is why the refund window exists.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before starting proceedings, please write to hello@asworks.studio so we can try to resolve it directly — most disputes are a misunderstanding about scope or a payment that needs tracing, and both are faster to fix by email. As a consumer you also retain the right to complain to the appropriate consumer forum.
