ASWorks exclusively sells digital software products, including UI design kits, frontend/backend templates, 3D models, code libraries, and developer assets.

Digital access is granted automatically and immediately upon successful confirmation of payment:

• Instant Access: As soon as your transaction is processed, you are redirected to the order confirmation page with direct download links.
• Account Library: Purchased assets are permanently linked to your account and accessible 24/7 under your Library and Orders page.
• Email Receipt: An email confirmation containing your transaction reference and order summary is dispatched immediately to your registered email address.
• Expected Delivery Time: Within 0 to 5 minutes of payment confirmation.

Because all deliveries are handled digitally over the internet, shipping and packaging fees are always ₹0.00 (Free). There are never any hidden handling or delivery surcharges added at checkout.

If your payment was debited but you did not receive immediate access to your download, please check:

• Your Orders & Library page while signed into the account used during checkout.
• Your email spam or junk folder for the confirmation receipt.

If your files are still unavailable due to network interruptions or system latency, contact us directly at hello@asworks.studio with your order ID or payment reference. Our team will verify the payment and restore access or provide direct download links within 24 hours.
