You can request a refund within 7 days of paying. This page explains exactly how that works, what happens to your access, and when the money arrives.
Last updated 31 July 2026
You have 7 days from the moment your payment is confirmed to request a refund on a one-time purchase.
The window is enforced by the system against the time of payment, so a request made inside it is always accepted for review, and one made outside it cannot be submitted through the site. If you are just past the window and have a good reason, write to hello@asworks.studio — clause 6.
You are entitled to a refund if any of these apply:
You do not have to prove the product is defective to ask. Tell us what went wrong in your own words; the seller gets a chance to respond, and unclear cases are decided in the buyer’s favour.
Being straightforward about this now is fairer than refusing you later:
Open Orders in your account, find the order, and choose Request refund. Say briefly what went wrong. You can also email hello@asworks.studio from the address on your account.
The refund is issued to the original payment method. We cannot send it anywhere else — that is a constraint of the payment system, not a policy choice.
The 7-day limit is a floor, not a ceiling on our discretion. If something is genuinely wrong with a product — it stopped working after a seller update, or a defect only appears under conditions you could not have tested quickly — write to hello@asworks.studio and explain. We would rather look at it than hide behind a date.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or your right to raise a chargeback with your bank. If you are considering a chargeback, please contact us first: it is usually faster, and it avoids a dispute record against your account.
A refund reverses the sale in full, including the platform commission — we do not keep our fee on a refunded order. Earnings clear for withdrawal only after the refund window has closed, so a refund never has to be recovered from money already paid out to you. The Seller Agreement covers this in detail.
